We are excited to introduce our new Customer Portal - a secure, self-service platform that gives engineers and procurement teams full visibility over their quotes and orders in one place.
The portal is built around four core modules - Quotes, Orders, Catalog, and Account Profile - accessible from a single dashboard. Customers can submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in minutes by selecting their currency, destination country, shipping ZIP code, order type, and manufacturing process. Each RFQ supports multiple line items, allowing complex multi-part projects to be submitted as a single request. CAD files and technical drawings can be attached directly via drag-and-drop, and additional panels for Part Configuration and Customs Information capture the technical and compliance details Clarwe needs to price accurately.
Once a quote is submitted, customers can monitor its status in real time from the Quotes dashboard, which displays quote ID, RFQ date, quantities, customs status, pricing, invoice details, and payment confirmation at a glance. When a quote converts to a confirmed order, the Orders module takes over - tracking order date, expected ship date, production status, order updates, and customs clearance, all without the need to call or email for a status check.
Built-in messaging at both the quote and order level keeps all project communication centralized and tied to the correct record, eliminating the confusion of scattered email threads.
