What You'll Do
Develop and execute quality inspection plans, procedures and protocols to ensure parts and
assemblies meet customer requirements.
Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective and preventive actions to resolve defects
and improve product quality.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain teams to identify process
improvements and reduce variability.
Analyze inspection data, process trends and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
initiatives.
Support supplier qualification, audits and performance monitoring to ensure consistency
across the supply chain.
Participate in cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions and enhance
product reliability.
Maintain and ensure compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100 or other
applicable industry requirements.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance or related roles within
manufacturing or industrial environments.
Experience with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, root cause analysis and CAPA.
Familiarity with inspection equipment and metrology techniques.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement
actionable solutions.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate across engineering, operations and customer
teams.
A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of quality challenges.
Understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing
quality.
